VIRAL... ZEBRA BRUDE/BLUDER BOLU
SO DELICIOUS, JUST FLOUR, MILK & 1 EGG!
STEAMED ZEBRA BRUDEL FOR BEGINNERS. THIS STEAMED ZEBRA BRUDEL/BLUDER USES ONLY
1 EGG. IT'S VERY EASY TO MAKE, JUST STIRRED WITHOUT A MIXER, SUITABLE FOR
BEGINNERS. THIS VIRAL BOLU, OR OFTEN CALLED BLUDER.
Ingredients:
135 grams sugar
1 egg
100 grams melted margarine
275 grams liquid milk
250 grams flour
1 teaspoon instant yeast
10 grams cocoa powder
1 teaspoon vanilla
How to make it:
• Prepare a mixing bowl and whisk, then pour in the sugar, add the eggs, then stir until well combined.
• Add the milk and vanilla powder. Then stir until well combined.
• Add 100 grams of melted margarine and stir until well combined.
• Add the flour and stir until well combined.
• Add the instant yeast and stir until well combined, then cover the dough and let it rest for 30 minutes.
• After 30 minutes, separate 1/3 of the dough into another bowl and add the cocoa powder. Then stir until well combined.
• Place each dough into a piping bag.
• Prepare a baking sheet to create the dough, then let it rest for 15 minutes.
• Prepare a steamer and preheat it for 15 minutes, then steam the rested dough until cooked.

• The steamed zebra blossom brudel / bluder is ready to be served.
